Complete the rental application and required background screening through Avail and receive approval
Review and sign the lease
Pay the required security deposit to secure the room
Beginning an application or expressing interest does not by itself secure the promotional rate. The application process, lease signing, and security deposit must all be successfully completed on or before August 31, 2026.
This special is intended to provide a more affordable housing opportunity for Morgan State students who may still be finalizing their housing arrangements for the upcoming school year.
There is a $55 non-refundable background screening fee through Avail. Students and parents assisting their students with housing are welcome to inquire.
