The house is very close to the San Mateo Downtown and Caltrain.
We are still looking for nice roommates to rent out two empty rooms. Total 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. We can share the kitchen, refrigerator and dining room, but hope you don't cook anything at midnight. Smaller room is $1000, bigger room is $1250.
