EFFECTIVE 7/1/19 All PK Housing Communities in Williams County will be SMOKE FREE. What does this mean? It means you will no longer be permitted to smoke inside your apartment home or within 25 feet of any building on the community. You will still be permitted to smoke in your personal vehicle and a designated smoking area.
