Our College Creek Apartments are located in West Ames right off of Lincoln Way. The studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments are right by two Cyride routes, and are a 5 minute drive to West Hy-Vee. The complex has plenty of parking and coin-operated laundry in each building. Units come with central A/C. The landlord pays for gas (heat), water/sewer, basic cable, and internet.
