This house has 2 separate units, a 4 bedroom basement, and a 3 bedroom main level, but works best when rented as a whole house. It has a huge living room upstairs with beautiful stomp textured walls and arched entries. Very nice! This property was recently painted and carpeted in all common areas. We added a built-in bar and a new furnace and a 50-gallon hot water heater. Includes two kitchens, two bathrooms, washer & dryer and lots of off street parking.
